We recently inspected a number of steel frame houses as the mortgage company insisted on inspection of the, ‘hidden parts’. So we teamed up with a drilling company and undertook intrusive cores and used a borescope to inspect the steel frame, which is hidden in the cavity for any corrosion and loss of steel section. 

We then produced a report for the owner to include our findings for the mortgage company.
