Non-standard Construction- Steel frame houses? No fines concrete? will it hold up the sale and what can we do to help you get a mortgage?

We recently inspected a number of steel frame houses as mortgage companies insisted on inspection of the, ‘hidden parts’. So we teamed up with an engineering company and undertook internal cavity, inspections using a borescope to assess any corrosion of the steel frame, which is hidden in the cavity. 

We simply added an extension to our normal report to include our findings to the mortgage company.
